great stay downtown
convenient location canada line station quick access
i found the location convenient to access key transport hubs. the canada line station offered seamless connections to the airport. the seabus terminal was also nearby, providing quick access to north shore destinations. the convention centre across the street was great for attending events.
the coffee in the room was not strong enough for my liking.

arc restaurant provided a nice breakfast with fresh options. i observed efficient service and a good variety of choices including pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. the restaurant staff was attentive to my needs.

The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noted that the outdoor pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. the business center offered computer access and printing services. It operated 24/7.

I saw staff promptly address requests for extra towels and amenities. the concierge assisted with directions and local information efficiently. front desk personnel handled check-in smoothly. I did not experience any delays.

a stay with minor issues
cruise proximity room maintenance slow service worn carpet
the hotel had a superb location for my cruise. its close proximity to the terminal was very convenient. the room was clean and well maintained too. housekeeping did a good job.
the room lacked slippers, and it took two hours for them to arrive when i asked. i also noticed that the carpet was worn. its breakfast have a slow service, though the food tasted good.
